Book Your Session Secure your spot by choosing a session that fits your needs. Use our secure payment system to confirm your booking. 2. Fill Out the Intake Form You will receive a link to the Intake Questionnaire where you can upload your current resume (if available), target roles and answer key questions. To help us create materials tailored to your goals and target roles, please fill it out before our session. 3. Virtual Session (45 min) We’ll establish the foundation for creating a standout resume tailored to your goals. We’ll begin by discussing your career aspirations, target roles, and industries to understand what you aim to achieve with your resume. Next, we’ll conduct an initial assessment of your current resume, identifying strengths and areas for improvement in format, structure, and content. Together, we’ll outline the key skills, accomplishments, and experiences most relevant to your target roles. 4. Receive Your Tailored Resume & Cover Letter Within 5 business days, you’ll receive a polished, ATS-optimized resume and cover letter in both Word and PDF formats, customized to help you stand out for your dream roles.
Cancellation Policy
• Booking: All appointments must be booked at least 48 hours in advance to ensure adequate preparation time. • Rescheduling: Please reschedule your session at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be accommodated. Cancellation Policy: • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or credit towards a future session. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund. • If you experience an emergency and need to cancel within 24 hours, please contact us directly, and we will assess your situation on a case-by-case basis. • No-Show Policy: If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, the session will be considered completed, and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided. • Waitlist: If your preferred time slot is unavailable, you can join our waitlist.
